Project SEARCH serves students with disabilities in their last year of high school eligibility. These students are highly motivated to attain competitive employment, but need some support to gain the skills to successfully hold a job. Qualifying students can be referred by high schools, family members, or vocational rehabilitation counselors. A team of Project SEARCH staff and partners facilitate the interview process and selection of interns for the next program year.
